For the risotto itself, it retains a little bit of bite to create a chewy texture, by adding the Barolo Sauce and Gorgonzola Cheese to further accentuate the flavour. Homemade Squid Ink Tagliatelle Fresh pasta is always great, this homemade squid ink Tagliatelle was made fresh with Crab meat and Saffron. This pasta dish is light, beautiful and brimming with healthy ingredients. Homemade Lemon Gelato with Mixed Berries and Sicilian Cannoli with Yogurt Sorbert ended our dinner with a light and refreshing finish.
